1st Appointment - Assessment & Massage Treatment 60mins/£55
First appointments include a postural and range of motion assessment. Whether you have a sporting injury, postural issue or everyday aches and pains, this is an important part of the process in determining the right treatment for you. First appointments are slightly longer than regular treatments .
Sports Massage (regular appointment) 50mins/£50
After your first appointment’s assessment and treatment, further 50min treatment sessions can be booked. These will focus on the recommended course of treatment agreed on your first visit.
Pre-event Massage 30min/£35
A pre-event sports massage helps to prepare an athlete’s body and mind for an upcoming event. A range of massage techniques are used to stimulate muscle tissue, increase blood flow as well as induce a feeling of calm and relaxation. Pre-event treatment can improve performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
Post-event Massage 30mins/£35
A post event massage helps your body recover from demanding physical activity. Slow massage movements are used to flush out accumulated waste products such as lactic acid. A post-event massage aids the body’s natural repair systems by increasing blood flow and improving the efficiency of the lymphatic drainage system. Combined with gentle stretching movements, a post event massage can also restore mobility to stiffened joints. This relaxing massage will also help to restore a calm mental state after the excitement and stress of an event.
